This is great way to test your personal best OR to grab the Clan and begin the day with a casual walk together. All ages welcome & all participants earn a made-in-NB pewter medal! (Please note: children joining their adults do not need to pay the registration fee but will still earn a medal.) The Tartan Run/Walk begins at 10am near the Food Trucks; the route takes you over to Riverview and back along the trail system.

Singlestick has long been used to train for Broadsword and British Military Sabre use; it was even an Olympic event in 1904. Participants use a 36-inch long stick with leather basket to protect their hand – not unlike the Highland Baskethilt Broadsword.
Maritime Sword School will join us for a demonstration event in 2025,
in advance of their upcoming competition (which we've previously hosted).
